I-94 with I-539..need urgent help

Hi Experts,

The I-539 copy that we received with my H4 extension last year don't have the I-94 with it. It is saying that the original copy was sent to attorney. I contacted my company and said they don't have it and i contacted the attorney and he is no longer doing business with my consulting firm so he is not responding to me. I need this form to submit for my I-485 along with my husband. My husband has his I-94 with I797.

How can i get a copy of the original I-539 that was sent to attorney( but lost it??). What are my options?

Can i hire a new attorney for getting me this copy and how long will it take to get it?

I-539 is the application for h4 extension. Are you talking about I-797 H4 approval notice for your spouse. Please clarify.
