Checking in to see if anyone has got their H1b transfer done recently in California Center?

This is for Premium Processing. Thought it is said that there is a 15 day response time checking to see if any of you heard back faster ?

This is directly with a company as well not a EVM. Do we normally get RFEs with companies directly applying ? Any light on this is greatly appreciated.
