I-140 RFE on Employer-Employee Relationship.

Murthy Law Firm and others are seeing such RFEs being issued. Such a question is technically irrelevant because the I-140 is for a future job, not present employment. It is an issue that we have been fighting for each case where it does come up. For specific strategies on how to attack such an issue it would generally be a good idea on how to address that kind of case.
