Hi!

I came to the US ON L1 visa. I changed to H1 in 2009.I have not gone to India since i changed to H1. My company is filing PERM in Dec and applying for H1 extension in March. My question is,

1.Can I go to Canada to stamp my H1 after H1 extension is approved?

2. If they reject, can i still enter US, based on my i94 which is valid till september 2012?
