Current Vendor has taken the IT Contract at Client's place and once I move to Vendor I will be in EC Model. I report directly to my Manager (Employer) at client place. My Manager (Employer) will be monitoring me, supervising me, assigning tasks to me. My Manager (Employer) will have full control on me. How are the chances of H1B Stamping for EC Model ? There are candidate who got stamping in EVC model also. I'm in EC model and got 221g in New Delhi and waiting for the last 5 months. Link to comment
