What i understand is you will need to carry the educational certificates (with the previous name) and marriage certificate for your VO to prove that both names are of the same person. Link to comment
PJohnson Posted January 16, 2012 Author Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 I was told by my Company Attorney that it shouldnt matter as long as carry my proof for the name change. which in my husbands case would be the new passport. Link to comment
