JSMRMGMKJJSS Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 Hi, My L1B VISA has been already expired in march 2010 and my I-94 is valid till 09th Nov 2011. My company is planning to apply for I-94 exstention and I have below queries regarding it: 1. Can I -94 be processed with premium processing 2. What are chances of I-94 getting extended as I am applying just a month before of validity date 3. My wife and kid's VISA is also expired but they have valid I -94 till Jan 2013. Will they need to also apply for extension along with me since they are dependant 4. What is the safest route, applying for extesnion from here or applying for L1B VISA from India.
