H1B Visa Stamping and Employment Litigation

Hi,

I had got H1B with Company A 4 yrs back. I worked with Company A for 3 yrs and left it by transferring H1B with Company B. Fortunately when I left Company A got involved in a dispute had to file for employment litigation by hiring a lawyer. It's been 1 yr and the litigation is still going on.

Now I have to visit India and need to get my VISA stamped. I got all required documents & letters from Client, Vendor and mid company for visa stamping.

My question is if I show that I am involved in employment litigation to VO at consulate will I get 221g or any chances of visa not getting stamped?
