pranavi2008 Posted November 14, 2011 Report Share Posted November 14, 2011 Hi all my current H1B under adminstrative processing since 2 month, i am planning to apply for new H1B with my main vendor, but unfortunately my main vendor doesn't have last 3 years financial statements coz this is a new firm..i think they have only two H1Bs and total 10 employees, they can give only for 1 year financial statement... i am totally in confusion, whether i can go with main vendor or not.. expecting some suggetions please.....
