danctbi Posted June 14, 2011 Report Share Posted June 14, 2011 Hi, I have I 140 PD November 2009 from company A in EB2. And I have another I 140 PD February 2010 from Company B in EB3. I work for Company B currently. When the dates become current say January 2010, can company B use PD and category of Company A and apply 485. Thank you Link to comment
