My wife has a pending H1 extension petition and waiting for approval. Meantime she has decided to resign from the company and travel back to India and get her H4 stamped and come back to US as my dependent. Here my question is if her H1 gets approved after she enter US on H4 visa, will her H4 get invalid or the new 194 that comes with H1B approval will override the I94 that she get at port of entry?
