H1-B Stamping question

Hello All,

I work for a mid size European consulting firm on H1-B visa. My company is Atlanta based and I live in NJ. Currently, I am on a client in Denver where my LCA has already been amended. My company directly implements the system at the client site, there are no vendors in between.

Question:

- I intend to go to India for my H1-B visa stamping along with my wife (H-4 visa). What would be the appropriate answer to give as to where is my office location when I am in NJ since my company does not have an office location in NJ

- Is home address an appropriate office location to give ?

If you work location is Denver, say so. Dont lie about it. When u work in Denver, you live in Denver. Dont bring NJ into the picture. Good luck.

by Office location you mean work place? that's always where you work, isn't it? If not, why did you amend LCA.

Hi mf1, office location is when I am on bench doing proposal work I work out of my home in NJ. My company does not have an office location in NJ
