income tax and wage report yes. list of employees in your group in an org chart would suffice.

I am an FTE, planning for my visa stamping in Delhi in the second week of December. I am just carrying Employment verification letter from HR, I-797 approval, Petition (includes 129, LCA and other supporting docs submitted by Attorney), Bank statements for 6 months, paystubs for almost a year etc. I have been to Chennai for my previous H1B stamping in FTE status but never carried the documents you mentioned. And if they give me 221(g) based on these documents missing, I would approach my supervisor, HR and Company's Para legal. I already mentioned them about any worst case scenarios. I think big companies do not provide details of Income Tax and list of employees. You can print your company's financial reports through the internal website if you want. Hope this helps. Cakeboss I have done similar thing. I am taking docs that you mentioned. The other 3 confidential docs I have asked them to fedex only if required.

Look at my post "Successful Stamping in Ottawa Nov 7th", Also regarding Doc, Its good to carry Employment letter,Pay stubs 6 months, W2 3 years. FYI i was not asked any docs. Only Doc asked original I-797.
