shek2u Posted November 11, 2011 Report Share Posted November 11, 2011 Hi, I got my 140 approved for my Mar.2008 PD. I know it will take atleast couple of yrs to get my PD current. But have few questions - What happens after the visa bulletin displays that my PD is current? My visa got expired. So when can I go to my home country without needing to worry about my visa stamping? Approximately how long does it take to get the GC (I know it depends - but can we say 6 months for EB2)? Appreciate your help. Link to comment
