lostpacket
You should go to Hyderabad as you are from AP. It however depends on your case. Make sure that you got to convince the VO at the time of interview otherwise once he/she makes a decision of refusal, you'll be stuck for a long time. Good luck. Link to comment
JoeF
Forget "consulate shopping." That doesn't work. All consulates have the same information. Link to comment
forumman
Think twice if you are on EVC model. You might get stuck in India for months. Link to comment
JoeF
Think twice if you are on EVC model. You might get stuck in India for months. That also doesn't have anything to do with any particular consulate. That has to do with the employer-employee relationship as outlined in the Neufeld memo. Since that memo, EVC is dead. nbendi
@ Somethingspecialmano Unless it is urgency plan for visa stamping Otherwise I would suggest no.If you are on a EVC model , then I will suggest no. EC,Direct employment will work .I would suggest you to prefer chennai for visa stamping. Myself EVC model. I went to Visa stamping 09/30/2011. The VO approved my visa pending verification of I-797,I-129,LCA,Client letters,pay-stubs etc. Its been 44 calendar days or 26 business days ever-since my visa is approved. Even-though VO says visa is approved there is no guarantee until PP is received with stamp. Thanks & regards winter21 Link to comment
