Different PD on approved I-140

My PD as per labor filing was 04/01/2011. My approved I-140 shows 11/02/2007 (coincidentally, this matches with an old PD filed with an old employe for which the I-140 was denied due to not responding to RFE as I had left the company).

Questions for experts:

1. Is this a mistake or deliberate?

2. Can I proceed filing I-485 as my PD on approved I-140 is current?

3. Do I need to do anything else?

I guess you can apply 485, but it's risky.

they could revoke I-140 if it is found in the future that it was an error, such action would invalidate any 485 based on that 140.
