hkk85 Posted November 11, 2011 Report Share Posted November 11, 2011 I'm currently on L1B visa. I'm going to process my GC using my current employer (EB-3). However my L1 maxes out in a year and my company will process my H1 next year. I don't plan on sticking to this company for long. If my GC is in progress, at which stage would i be able to switch the company and still be able to use the GC process or priority dates for the GC filed by my current employer? Link to comment
