F1-H1-H4 After 221g on H1

Hello,

My wife works for an Indian MNC in US and she came for h1 stamping in May. She was issued a 221g in chennai , but her company lost the contract of US project once she came to India. Her company is not answering her 221g as they don't have a project and her h1 expires on Dec6th.

For me to send her for H4 stamping do I need to ask her company to withdraw the existing H1(221g) petition or Can I send her directly? Please suggest.

I had 221g issued for my H1 at chennai counsulate.I went for H4 stamping in hyderabad and was not asked single question abt my previous H1 pending.I am back in USA now.

1.Send an e-mail to consulate to withdraw your pending application.That is what i did.

2.Have that e-mail print with you while you go for H4 stamping.Just in case if VO asks you about your pending application you can say that you have written e-mail to withdraw that H1.

Do not worry you will gwt your H4 stamped easily.This is just my
