PlayB Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 Hello, I have a valid H1B stamping on my PP until Oct 2012 [based on my old 797]. I now switched companies and have a new 797 [valid until June 2014]. Q: can i go to my home country [india] and re-enter US with the same visa? OR do i need to get a new visa stamp on my PP based on the new 797? Please help me out. Link to comment
