pratiktanna
Hello all, I am a H1-B visa holder with my petition approved but not stamped even a single time. I plan to visit India this December and get my visa stamped. However, I have received an offer letter from another employer and they are insisting me to start the transfer process immediately. So the transfer will be in process while am in India doing my Visa stamping. Will this affect my stamping process because I will be stamping based on my old employer and going to change my job soon as soon as I return? Any inputs will be highly appreciated! Regards! mf1
If you got offer now, why to worry about India visit in December. H-1 premium takes just 2 weeks to get a response. Link to comment
engineer.nh
I am in the same boat, I got h1b extension approved for 3 more years from the same employer I am working with from last 4 years. I also have offer letter from another company and they already have applied h1b petition in premium processing on 7th Nov. I am going to hold on my travel until I receive the approval from second company. I saw some where on this forum, that travel during visa transfer is not advisable. But I am not sure. I need to hear what others opinion in such scenario. Link to comment
