didhiti Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 I graduated with a masters degree in Feb of 2009 and started working for this US based MNC in May of 2010. They filed for my H1 last year which got approved and now i am going to get my visa stamped. The dilemma i am facing is between Feb 2009 and May of 2010 I was with a couple of IT consultants as a trainee and was promised that i would get paid if we got projects, which never happened. So I am not sure whether to list them in the DS 160 as previous employers or not. If i dont list them then there is a gap of 1 year with no account of it. But if i do list them, i have the offer letters but i dont have any W2's from them and am not sure what questions they would ask regarding them. Please advice ? Link to comment
