H1B Visa appointment error

I have scheduled the visa appointment for H1B stamping at US consulate Chennai on Nov 29th. I am able to download the appointment letter, but unable to send it to an email id when I try to do that I am getting an error " Error in the application. Please contact administrator. ". I am posting here to know if this error really mean something about my visa application. Meantime I wrote the helpline, please if someone can tel how intense the issue is or their suggestion. Thanks.

Hi Kumar,

I am also in bit of same situation. In my case I fill the complete application and it never gives me any error and when I reach to the last page where I have to select a date for confirmation, system refresh the page and didn't confirm my appointment I have tried with different systems and browsers but same issue. It gives an error screen as well saying "expected )". If any one else is facing same trouble. please guide me as well to resolve it
