H1B Premium - RFE response filed with USCIS - SOW is unsigned

Dear All,

I have got RFE on my H1B Premium visa processing. I responded to the RFE with below set of documents.

1. End Client letter

2. SOW

3. Offer Letter

4. Appraisal Letter

5. Organizational chart

In the documents I have submitted, SOW is a unsigned document. Will this lead to rejection/denial of my H1B petition during decision?

Please help me to come out of this confusion.

Can I resend the signed SOW to USCIS?

I am in a very urgent situation since its premium. Attorneys, Kindly clarify my thoughts on this.

Anyways it will be helpful for somebody who is on the same boat.
