Hi All,

H1B Stamping in Admin Process - Labor Approved - Can I apply 140?

Recently I went for H1B stamping and my petition has been sent back to USCIS for not meeting employer employee relationship. This process might take months or years for reviewing and I am planning to look for another employer.

Meanwhile I came to know that my labor is approved with my current employer.

I just want to know if my current employer can apply for I 140? So that I can retain priority date in future.
