Visa stamping dilemma - two H1B approvals

Hi everyone,

Here is my situation - I work as full time employe for Company A (mid-size 300 employees) since last 3 years on H1B.

I got the H1B extension approval on 4 Nov.

I also have offer letter from Company B and they have applied for my H1B visa transfer on 7 Nov in premium processing, I am expecting to get it approved by 23 Nov.

I am planning to go for stamping to OTTAWA, Canada on 15 Nov or 16 Nov.

[planing to take vacation in Dec and join Company B on 15 Jan]

Is it advisable to go for stamping on Company A visa approval (I-797)?

When I go for visa stamping, Will Visa officer know about my second petition and what will be its consequences?

I am afraid that visa officer might revoke the visa peition of Company B. Is there any chance of happening such?
