ForGood Posted November 9, 2011 Report Share Posted November 9, 2011 My wife went for H4 stamping and Visa officer issued 221G(light Blue color) under which I would require to provide more documents from my present employer. I am in the process of accepting offer from other company. 1. Can she apply for fresh H4 stamping once my H1 transfer gets completed? 2. Or She has to complete the existing H4 stamping which was for my current employer? Kindly let me know your take on this. Thanks In Advance!!!! Link to comment
