sdckkbc
My H1B got approved December last year with LCA that had salary A. I checked today and the min wage for my current position on DoL website and the min wage has increased by $2000/annum. I am still getting salary that was mentioned in my H1B which is less than todays's rate by $2000/yearly. Is this an issue or employer is right in paying me whatever was mentioned in LCA when H1B was approved? Link to comment

mf1
No issues from you side. You are good for stamping. Check with employer on increasing wages. Link to comment
