Client is not ready to give client letter-question for JoeF

Hello,

I have been working for the client since last 2 yrs as a contractor..i work under EVC model...i m planning to go for h1b stamping and now my client is not ready to give the client letter..he says that he dont wanna face any kind of legal issues..i tired to explain but looks like he is not ready give any sort of support ...

what could be the best option for me now..i have to go for stamping..are there are any cases who are in the same situation as me ..did any one get the stamping done without any client letters?

As you know that the client letter is kind of "Mandatory question" from every VO officer and according to my previous experience and from different guys experience posted in this forum try to get the client letter from your company or find an alternative person who can explain / help you out in getting an client letter before you attend the visa .
