My employer by mistake filled in wrong salary in the labour approval (which is much higher than I am making now), and now my lawyer sees problems while applying for AOS. Did anyone come across this kind of situation before. My labour and I-140 were approved fine. Link to comment
Belle Posted November 8, 2011 Report Share Posted November 8, 2011 The employer is supposed to pay you the pro-offerec salary once your I-485 is approved. If that's not what they are planning to do, then they have to file another PERM. Link to comment
