H1 and H4, DS 160 and stamping exp. question?

Hi,

I am planning for H1 and H4 renewal stamping together this month.

I have filled out my DS160 and want to make sure whether need to fill out another DS160 for my spouse ?

Also if we both need separate DS160 how can we book the interview date together?

I am a direct employee in engineering other than IT but heard about stamping getting delayed these days so little worried, can someone please share their recent h1 stamping experience at mumbai ?
