H4 To H1

Hi,

My wife entered here on H4 and now my employer agreed to file H1 for her. Already She had 2 years of work experience in India.

1)Is 2 years experience adequate to file H1 and that too she wasn't working since last 2 years. Does it create any problem in approving H1 in current market situations.

2) What are the chances to get approved from H4 to H1 transfer?

If your wife has Masters Degree along with Bachelor Degree or 4 Year Bachelors Degree along with 2 years work experience, that would be good to apply for H1B from H4.
