As I saw online that if you are pragnant you can take few vaccinations.does it mean that if I can take vaccinations my husband cant file my I-485. Please suggest what will happen? Link to comment
Belle Posted November 7, 2011 Report Share Posted November 7, 2011 OK, first of all, you are an adult, a person of your own, and you will file your own I-485. Your husband can't file for you because he is not you. Second, congratulations on your family extention. Third, you are not the only one in this position - there are literally thousands if not millions of women who filed AOS while pregnant, so the doctor that does the exam knows what to do, and so does the USCIS. SameerH1Bworker Posted November 9, 2011 Report Share Posted November 9, 2011 Pallavi, You just have to inform doctor about your pregnancy. He will not give you certain vaccine. USCIS is aware about this type of cases & generally what they do is later(after baby's birth) on they ask you to take those vaccine & send the report.
