Hi,

1) I am not an engineer have been working in the software field, what do i put for Primary occupation, will "Computer science" be correct

2) Brief Description of Duties - wiill "Software Support IT Department" correct

3) Relative - my son is 2 years old, he is US citizen do i enter his name under this section
