visiting india on family emergency without client letter

Hi,

I am visiting india for a family emergency and would have to get visa stamping done . unfortunately, I was in the middle of changing the client and i have given current client a notice that I would be leaving to join an another client. Now, since i have to travel 2 india, i have let the other client know that i am not in a position to take up the position with them. I let my current client know that I am willing to continue in the same project after my return....but they told me that they have already updated their systems that i will be leaving on (x) date and they cant take me back as i am going to india.

Now that I am not active on a project and will be travelling to india, there would be no letter from client. I know my chances of getting stamped are almost null.

I am clueless to how to approach for stamping.

Is there any workaround or ways to increase my chances of getting stamped.
