How to apply new or transfer H1B visa while current H1B visa is under administrative processing (Urgent)

Hi,

I attended H1B visa renewal interview on oct 7th at Hyderabad consulate. VO gave me 221g blue form and said that he is sending back my h1b petition to USCIS for further review and returned my passport. Please help me by answering following questions.

1) I have my H1b valid petition (from aug-19-2011 to aug-16-2014). so can I transfer my h1b valid visa petition to the another employer while my current h1b petition is under admin processing?

2) If I get new h1b visa approval from new employer(i.e. after transferring my h1b valid visa petition from old employer). Can I go for visa stamping on new h1b visa approval petition without withdrawing my previous visa petition which is under admin processing?

@balaji - yes u can file for a new h1 with different employer but have to withdraw ur old petition before goin for stamping

yes yo can transfer existent h1b petition to new petition..

you can go for stamping with previous h1b pending..but it is better to withdraw it... there are examples on this forum where new H1b has been stamped while previous one is pending..
