Hi All,

I appologize if this has been discussed earlier in the form. I am going for first time H1 stamping in Mumbai. I am trying to gather all the documents I can for the interview. So far I have

797

129 and papers filed with H1

Client letter as I am on EC model

Contract between employer and client

Paystubs

W2s

All Education docs

Am I mising anything? I am wondering What do I need from my company? Do I need their tax papers? What if company is not willing to give tax papers?

Please guide.

You must not say " I do not have the document you asked" to the VO. That itself is a red flag. So make sure you get the employers tax returns in anyway possible.
