Hi Everyone,

i am on h1b got my full time job 2 months back and planning to go to India, bad luck on my part i was caught under DUI and is in jail for 1 1/2 day

my marriage is on cards in near future and cant avoid my trip

what are my chances of visa and the hearing for the DUI case is couple of days before my trip

1)do i need to post pone my hearing until my india trip or go for the hearing

2)how will it effect my stamping chances

3)can some one suggest what are my best options to come out of this case so that my stamping chances are not effected

any kind of suggestions will be really appreciated
