Current H-1b- Initial Review(extention), New H-1b with different- denied

Hello gurus,

Need urgent help. I am working full time at Client Site for company A(they have filed for my h-1 extenstion and renewal)- Status of which is still - Initial Review.

I got an offer from Company B ( H-1b denied though) Can I return back to company A. While the appreal/Reappeal in progress for company B.

What does the law state- whether I keep working for company B or company A, & wait for approval.

What is the Percent chance of H-1b getting approved after denial?
