Change Employer while 140 in process

Hello,

I am working for a Company ABC for Client XYZ. I have filed my I-140 5 weeks back and is showing as Initial Review. I got an offer for Full time and i am planning to go on Client H1. I have another 3-4 weeks time to change my H1. Meanwhile is there anything i can do to hold my Priority date and use it when my Client applies for GC

Can you please answer the below questions

1) If i transfer my H1. How can i hold the GC Priority date.

2) Is there a chance i can do my 140 Premium and get it approved before i join the client
