EB2 with new employer

Labour and 140 filed with my previous employer in EB2 category and got approved on the basis of Bachelor + 5 years experience.

Now i am with new employer and lawyer of new employer going to file my Labour application under the EB2 category but with the description of Master degree only. i have done 3 year bachelor+1 year diploma+2 year master from india.

So my question what is the chances of 485 approval on the basis of Master only in EB2 categroy and in case of rejection what's remedial step i can take.
