sai1685 Posted October 30, 2011 Report Share Posted October 30, 2011 Hi, currently i am in US holding H1B visa and stamping till Dec28,2011. I applied for H1B Extension and it has been approved. I am planning to go for stamping to Tijuana, Mexico in Nov2011. My question is, if my visa is rejected for some reason, can i re-enter US with my Old Visa Stamping, Old I797? If they reject my New petition does it mean they rejected all my petitions i.e old H1b and Old Visa stamping? Appreciate all your responses. Thanks Link to comment
