VO: Where did you do masters? Which school? Which major?

VO: where did you study in India. which school. What did you study.

VO: show me your degrees and transcripts

VO: why change of field.

ME: XXX. And showed my certifications.

VO: Tell me what you did after masters till now.

VO: Tell me when did you come to US and what u did completely.

And finally the golden words. Got the passport by noon next day and came back.

Interviews in NL are long (20 - 30 mins). Only one officer is doing, so wait before interview is also long. I was ready with token number by 9 am. But my interview started at 12 pm. VO will study your case for few minutes and call for interview.

VO will ask you every detail. So be prepared.

Don’t think that he will not ask something. If you have gaps/bench in employment, Please avoid stamping. I am not scaring you, but giving the hint of reality.

If they find any issue, gap or get any suspicion, they are digging in to your HISTORY asking every detail from beginning of your first job. This includes previous client/vendor letter, w2s, contracts, POs, client vendor contacts etc and they are contacting them same day to verify.

VOs are very positive here. Unless you give them a reason not to give visa, they will not reject you. Be confident and well prepared.

Good luck.

Thanks for detailed post.

Few questions:

Did you do masters in US?

Did you know if they called your client and what questions, if any?

Did you see anybody getting rejected or 221G that day?

I would like to add few more Q's to mf1 Q's.

Is Major is related to IT sector? if not, what did answer to VO?

How can we skip bench time for interview? I mean how can we answer this?
