desi_guy123
Hi, I filed my H1b extension in may when I was working with client A in Virginia. My previous H1 was valid through sep2011...and I got new H1b from sep18 2011-2014... in august I had to move to a different client located in NY. my employer has filed LCA amendment in august..do i need to file H1-B amendment ? Thanks in advance.. Link to comment
JoeF
The H1 is the employer's application, so the employer has to make sure that everything is current. If the employer doesn't know how to do that, they may want to contact a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment
lost_immigrant
JoeF-- Im working for the same client but moved from place A to place B would an LCA be sufficient or do we have to do an amendment for change of client location too,,,please reply this is urgent...thanks in advance Link to comment
JoeF
Both LCA and H1 may have to be amended. If the employer is unsure, they should discuss this with a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment
