sreddy610 Posted October 26, 2011 Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 Hi Everyone, I request everyone to take a moment and suggest me with the documentaion Employer: Desi Consultancy with more than 50 employees H1 B : started on Oct 1st 2011 ( applied in april 2011) E-V-V-C Model E-V1-V2-C Client outsourced the work to V2 and the revenue is from V2 not the client, but work for client projects and client location Below are my questions 1) Does the location in I-129 should be same as LCA ? in my I-129, it has employer location with 2 address for 2 branches(State 1, State 2) 2) I have 2 LCAs LCA1 - employer locations with 2 different state addresses wages 52k started on 1stOct2011 LCA2- client location State 3 wages 100k started on 3rd Oct2011 What LCA I need to show to VO when asked for LCA? 3) By the time I go to visa, I will just have 2 pay stubs, Does it will be a problem? 4) How should I answer when Client ask about- how your employer will handle your work ? What will be the good answer for this? 5) What should I answer when VO asks, why are the wages in your two LCAs are different? I appreciate your help! Thanks Link to comment

YES in my I-129, it has employer location with 2 address for 2 branches(State 1, State 2) So what should I do now, I am planning to go for stamping during nov 2nd week and my employer says, it is not an issue 2) I have 2 LCAs LCA1 - employer locations with 2 different state addresses wages 52k started on 1stOct2011 LCA2- client location State 3 wages 100k started on 3rd Oct2011 Does the wages should be same on both the LCAs ? 3) By the time I go to visa, I will just have 2 pay stubs, Does it will be a problem? You Should have atleast 1 year paystubs I have all the pay stubs till Sept 30 working for different company AND MY H1 started just Oct1st. So there is no question of having more than 2 pay stubs Link to comment
