H1-BSTAMP Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 Hi everyone, I am planning in going to india for H1b Stamping in Nov.I am working for 2 clients(XXX & YYY) in same state.My employer belongs is from a different state.My question is I am in EVC(employer-vendor-IBM-(Ibms client)) model for client XXX working at client loc for 40 hrs and in E-C model working at YYY location part-time.Could some one suggest for which client I need to go for stamping ? man_1975 Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 @H1-BSTAMP if you are in US and if you are able to avoid India visit then it would be best. You are full time (40 Hr/week) with client XXX which is E-V-V-C model and it is too risky to get visa on that model. Even EC model, which you have with client YYY , now a days there is no guaranty for visa on E-C model. I had E-C model and my visa got refuse under 221G. Link to comment
