I did my Masters from University of Northern Virginia and gradutated in 2009. I have been working with the same company for the past 3.5 yrs (CPT-OPT-H1) . I'm working through employer-Client model (E-C).Will it be an issue with the univeristy? Please help me !!! Thanks. Link to comment
JoeF Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 I hope you didn't use the **** "degree" to apply in the advanced degree H1 category. Since they lost accreditation in 2008, your degree from 2009 is a worthless piece of paper. Other than that, there shouldn't be many issues for you. Link to comment

I completed my Masters in 2008 (CPT(15 months)-H1- 4Yrs) in EC Model same employer. Changed my employer in 2010 to FTE. My H1 was on my Masters in India not ****. I was planning to go in December, but I am worried that can **** cause an issue in stamping. Can there be any queries related to ****. One more worry I have I did completed my degree in 2008 had all transcripts but applied in 2010 since it was my mistake I delayed it. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

JoeF Posted December 12, 2011 Report Share Posted December 12, 2011 If you got a degree from **** while they were still accredited you should be fine. They lost accreditation in 2008. You may want to take a printout from the DOE database with you, showing that **** was accredited in 2007. http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/ Link to comment

I am planning to go in November but thinking if **** will be problem, I graduated from there in 2011 and currently Fulltime (H1, CPT, H1). I didn't use **** for getting H1. Please suggest..
