Winter334 Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 My wife got a full time job offer but the new company is extremely slow in processing her H1 visa transfer process. Since we already gave a 2-week notice to the current employer some time back she only has pay stubs until Oct-2011. My question is if the new employer drags this H1 transfer process to mid Nov-2011 then do we have to provide Nov pay stub as well when the law firm files for H1 transfer? The good thing with her current employer is they are not planning to cancel her H1 until the transfer is finished. My wife emailed the signed offer letter on Oct-7th since then we have mentioned it to the new employer couple times that she should be on a payroll to fulfill H1B requirements but... a) Do you think we should apply for COS to H4 immediately? b) If you have any wild suggestion please reply to this post.
