srisai122 Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 I got new job for xyz client in TX. I moved from NJ to TX and started working with new client from July 18th. My employer applied for H1B extension on August 9th and my H1B expiry date was August 20th (7th year extension on I-140 approval). My employer applied LCA for new location in the first week of August and the start date mentioned on new LCA is 21st August. I have 34 days difference between my new job actual start date(July 18th) and start date mention on new LCA. I got a RFE to produce new location LCA. Will it be an issue for H1B extension due to the later start date mentioned on the LCA? Greatly appreciate your help on this. Link to comment
