I-140 Withdrawal

Hi,

My previous employer informed me that they had to withdraw my approved I-140 (EB2) because of ability to pay issues. The priority date was Dec 2007.

My new employer has applied for Labor recently.

Question 1: Will my new employer be able to port my Priority date when filing for I140?

Question 2: Is there a way for my previous employer to undo the I140 withdrawal? I am asking this question because my priority date is very close to becoming current and, if possible, I may want to go back and join my previous employer.

If withdrawal was done by your X employer, you can port it with out any issues.
