H1B transfer when another transfer is in process

Hi,

I have an H1B transfer petition in process which was filed in september first week. it was applied through normal processing and is in processing status. I need to change my job and I have an interview lined up, I urgently need to know if it is possible to apply for H1B through the newer company, and if yes what kind of documents do I need from my current company (like paystubs and job profile, etc)and if any from my previous company.
